The Swufus Sharing at the Reykjavik Dance Atelier

The Latvian group Swufus finished their Wilderness Dance residency this week and head back to Reykjavik from Höfn, Hornarfirði where they had spent almost 3 weeks on artistic research centered around ideas of human identity. They had set out with a game of Chinese whispers where they recorded a Latvian myth about Egill Skallagrimsson stealing a belt from the Latvian nation. The results were interesting to say the least.
